Laser processing

Laser processing is carried out using a gas laser Troteck.

This equipment allows you to engrave and shape cut various materials with high precision in accordance with the designer's intent.

Materials to be processed:

Metal surfaces, plastics, rubber, wood materials, acrylic, plexiglass, glass, leather.

Laser engraving — This is a special technology for applying images by direct exposure to laser radiation. It is distinguished by high resolution and quality, a unique look, and most importantly — exceptional durability of the resulting images, inaccessible to other printing methods.

Using a laser beam, a small layer of material is removed from the surface, which leads to the formation of a relief image. With lower power, you can get either a change in the color of the surface or its structure.

Unique laser engraving equipment allows you to apply any text and graphic images to a variety of materials and finished products without requiring their preliminary disassembly or preparation, to laser engrave souvenirs, mark industrial products, clipping complex contour products.

Laser cutting — this is an advanced technology for dimensional cutting of sheet materials: metal, plastic, plexiglass, leather, wood, paper and other non-metals. This is a modern way of cutting various materials for the manufacture of promotional products. Laser cutting opens up unlimited possibilities for the manufacture of products of complex shapes, including exclusive designs.

Adjustable power focused laser beam — an ideal tool that provides a high-quality smooth surface of the cut edge and eliminates the need for subsequent processing.

Due to the high concentration of energy, laser cutting can process almost any material with a roughness of about 0.25 microns. And most importantly: during laser cutting, there is no mechanical effect on the material being processed.

Advantages of laser processing:

  • 01 the cut profile is very even and does not require additional processing;
  • 02 high cutting speed;
  • 03 cutting complex patterns of small sizes;
  • 04 cutting of single specimens.
